A second safety system ensures that under no circumstances will the stevedore cage come unhooked from the main spreader to which it is attached.

This system provides additional protection and ensures that, even in the unlikely event that the spreader opens the twistlocks by mistake or failure, the cage will always remain attached, preventing any risk of it falling.
